To save time there is a very easy way to create a similar reuse request based on a request you submitted earlier, this can be done regardless of the status of the original request.


  1. Go to your reuse overview and you see 3 dots behind every request, just click on these dots and the menu will open:
  2. Creating a similar request can be different depending on the status of the original request.
    1. Situation 1 - Approved or Pending:
      For an approved or pending reuse request, the system will copy all relevant info from the previous request. The only field that still needs to be added by you is the container number and export reference.
    2. Situation 2 - Cancelled or Declined:
      When your reuse is canceled or declined, the system will take ALL information from the previous request. The form is loaded with all previously entered data. Which saves you time and copy/paste work.
