Response time between 1 second and 20 minutes.
Exceptions:
'Awaiting gate out' automated response time +/-1 hour.
'Delayed until reuse date' automated response time until the day of reuse.
All other shipping lines need to submit the request manually.
Ideal maximum response time in these cases would be +/- 2 to 3 hours during local office times.
